Light Tuna Salad

I love this recipe for a snack times or an easy lunch. My daughter Jocalyn really loves it as well so that is an extra bonus!

1 Can Tuna drained and mashed

½ tsp Lemon Juice

1 tsp Dijon Mustard

2 tsp Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt (I personally love the Great Value brand best)

¼ tsp Dill

Finely diced celery, tomato, and or cucumbers to taste

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and serve with veggies, crackers, pita, in cucumber cups, or on a sandwich.

  1. Such a good lunch! I add cracked black pepper, dried onion (like my grandmother did) and garbanzo beans. Yep! Garbanzos. Try it for boosting the protein, dietary fiber and a really good interesting texture.
